Well, I don't know if it does, I've never been there! But he seems to think so. For those who don't know Axl jumped into the crowd during the St Louis show of the Use Your Illusions world tour in '91 to grab a camera some guy was using to film the show. He was pulled off by the crew and slammed his mic down on stage and announced that "Thanks to the lame-ass security" he was going home. The sound the mic made caused some people to think he had shot someone, so Slash said "He just slammed his mic on the floor, we're outta here!", and the crowd rioted. They couldn't arrest Axl until a year later when the band got back to the States, and he was cleared of charges of inciting a riot. So, hence the tshirt!
Hehe, I think that incident's hilarious! They thought he'd shot someone! I dunno where they thought he hid a gun in those little bike shorts he used to wear! They even put 'Fuck You St Louis' in amongst the thank you's on the cover sleeve of the UYI albums! (It's there, I checked.)
Anyhow, it makes me laugh. Oh, btw this isn't the Axl picture I promised a certain dA GNR fan, but it's coming!

That was the first concert I went to, I was 15 or 16, my brother told my mom everything would be fine. It was his birthday gift to me. We were third row center. The guy with the camera was standing right in front of me when he took the photo. I also saw the camera when he put it behind his back. Then all hell broke loose.
Needless to say no concert has ever lived up to the excitement of that one and my mom never let my brother take me to another concert.
